Data Reporting Instructions
One of the required elements of the Delivery Room Management Improvement initiative using the NICU QI model is to
· Report out relevant data, using a run chart, on a monthly basis
Please utilize the below excel file, with 1 tab for each of the required and recommended metrics in the DR Management Metrics Grid
TASKS:
1. Please enter data for baseline period in the “May 2011” spot
2. Enter numerator and denominator data for each of the measurements that you have collected information for each month to date
3. Send your updated Excel file ASAP, and then monthly on the 15th of each month (with updated data) to Courtney Nisbet at cnisbet@stanford.edu
a. Courtney will remind you of this data requirement via an email to the site director around the 1st of each month
