Serve as Kaiser Northern California NAS Workgroup Co-chair (2015-present). Helped develop Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome Management Guideline for all level 2 and level 3 NICUs in Kaiser Northern California in 2015. This guideline has helped to decrease patient length of treatment and length of stay.
