Join CPQCC and Children Now on Thursday, June 4 from noon-1 p.m. PT for a virtual session titled, “How Can CalAIM Support Families with Babies in Medi-Cal?” This session will provide an overview of CalAIM benefits and services including Enhanced Care Management, Transitional Care Services, and Community Health Worker, plus eligibility criteria and referral resources particularly for members in a Medi-Cal Managed Care Plan.
