Allesha Jeffries

Allesha Jeffries is the Coordinator and Case Manager for the High Risk Follow Up Program at Kaiser Permanente Panorama City, where she is responsible for overseeing the ongoing, multidisciplinary follow-up care provided to high-risk infants from birth up to three years of age. Her role is driven by her passion for early detection and intervention, which can significantly improve a child's developmental trajectory.

Professionally, Allesha is motivated by purpose and a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others; whether assisting clients, collaborating with colleagues, or advancing her organization's mission.

With over 23 years of healthcare experience, including 21 years as a registered nurse, Allesha has a diverse background that encompasses two years in Medical-Surgical Nursing and more than nineteen years in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing. Her expertise includes providing professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures within acute and intensive care settings. She has also contributed to nursing education by teaching first-semester clinicals at a college in Ohio and has served as a member of the California Nurses Association Joint Nurse Practice Committee for four years.

Allesha holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Lourdes College (2005) and an Associate of Nursing degree from Owens Community College (2004).
