
Mama to 3 NICU graduates, 25 Weeker boy/girl twins born three days apart and a 36+3 Weeker daughter. Through the transformative experience of being in the NICU for 4 months with her twins, Ashley found her calling and purpose to support and serve other NICU families through advocating for Family Centered Care (FCC) practices in the NICU and post discharge. Ashley sits on the Family Advisory Council for the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative (CPQCC), she is a member of the FCC Task Force, she is on the Board of Directors for the El Camino Health Foundation, she partners to provides education and training in FCC practices for NICU teams across the country, and is a family advocate in her local NICU. Ashley holds a BS in Public Policy and MBA. She currently works in global process and policy management in the tech industry.
