Jennifer launched the Golden Hour QI project to implement a bundle to standardize the admission process for premature infants. She also has educational offerings for over 60 referring hospitals on best practices to enhance care for neonates. She is in a leadership position with the Magnet Outcomes Committee, Unplanned Extubation Critical Care Improvement Team, and Nursing Peer Review Committee.
