Mihoko Bennett is a Biostatistician at CPQCC, where she is responsible for providing analytic, scientific, and technical support to the NICU Data Center team and CPQCC's quality improvement and grant-funded research work. Her favorite thing about her job is finding meaningful and interesting insights within CPQCC's rich data and getting to see the impact that these insights have on the care of vulnerable infants.
Mihoko joined CPQCC in 2012 from the Immunology Department at the Stanford University School of Medicine. Prior to that, she worked as a consultant at ZS Associates where she was in charge of developing end-to-end analyses for various pharmaceutical companies. Miho is a native of Japan, where she received her B.S. in Math from Tsuda College. After relocating to the US, she received an M.A. in Statistics from Yale University and a Ph.D. in Decision Science and Applied Statistics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In her spare time, she enjoys scuba diving and traveling to different countries.
