Serena Rutledge (she/her)

Serena joined the CMQCC/CPQCC team as Communications Specialist in November 2024. With experience in healthcare communications on both the client and agency sides, Serena specializes in bringing impactful stories to life and supporting initiatives focused on expanding access to care. Her background includes implementing strategies that build brand awareness and reputation, enhance employee experiences, and support change management. She also serves as a board member for the Ocean Blue Project, where she leads communication strategies centered on ocean conservancy efforts. Serena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication with a minor in Leadership from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
