Xin Cui is a Biostatistician at CPQCC, where she is responsible for performing statistical analyses on NICU safety culture and NICU health worker burnout. Her favorite thing about her job is being able to use her advanced epidemiological and quantitative skills to improve healthcare quality. Xin is motivated by finding ways to use epidemiology and statistics in clinical settings in order to save lives.
Xin joined CPQCC in 2017 from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she worked as a postdoctoral researcher in epidemiology. Xin has a PhD in Epidemiology and a Masters of Public Health (MPH) from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Medicine from the Capital Medical University, China.
