I am a neonatologist working with the Kaiser Permanente group in Level III NICU in Downey, California. I strive to provide the best care to my patients and ensure evidence-based care is delivered. I have a special interest in quality improvement and as a member of PQIP and through quality improvement efforts in my NICU, I try to achieve the needed changes. I live with my loving husband and 2 energetic kids and our dog, who help me thrive.
